THE NAME IS A LITTLE QUIRKY BUT so is the photographer.
I’m Leicolhn, pronounced ‘lake-en’ (cheers Ma).
I love a good story and I’m handy with a camera (and qualified!) so it makes perfect sense to combine my loves. I’m a real-life photographer based in Nhulunbuy, Northern Territory. By this I mean my focus is solely on forming real connections with my clients and expressing their personalities in my portraits. I aim not to pose, but rather to capture candidly and emotively.
You already have a tale to share, I’m simply the pen that puts it to paper.
My approach can be as eclectic as my music playlist or as calm as dawn, but my style remains consistent: I document truth, I throw in a dash of creativity and I evoke a sense of nostalgia and romance through simulating the timeless feel of film.
A SNAPSHOT OF ME.
